Our philosophy derives from the personal commitment of each member of one of the most experienced and respected teams in the Calgary land development industry. Over the past quarter-century, the Harmony Park team has developed over 15,000 home sites and eleven master-planned communities – including Panorama Hills Estates, McKenzie Lake, Prominence Point and Signal Ridge Estates…all textbook examples of a commitment to creating successful communities in partnership with the greatest developer of all: Mother Nature. Examples of our “Nature’s Developer” philosophy are evident at our Boulder Creek and Summit of Montreux developments, and will be as well in our newest community: Heritage Hill in Cochrane – projected for Summer/Fall 2006.

At Boulder Creek, we’ve incorporated an integrated water management system, which not only provides the beautiful ponds that are so much of the area’s attraction, but also improves storm water quality to the benefit of the residents of Boulder Creek and the surrounding areas.

The Summit of Montreux features tranquil ponds that have been engineered to purify storm water, while enhancing the natural wildlife corridor running through the community’s extensive and heavily treed ravine system.
